What is the course about?
A few hours of hands-on preparing the ingredients and cooking 1 or 2 traditional Lebanese recipes during each lesson. There is a wide variety of vegetarian and meat dishes to create and take home. Recipes for the dishes to be prepared will be provided during the lesson.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
The course is for anyone willing to try different recipes using ordinary ingredients and learn about a different culture in the process.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring a few containers for each dish prepared to take home. You will have to buy and bring your own ingredients. The recipes will be sent to you prior to the course. Please bring your own knives, apron, tea towel, dish cloth, your packed lunch and a pen.
