You will learn about the properties of different types of flour, the science behind the magic of bread making and basic kneading, shaping and baking skills.
You will make and take home 4 different types, the most important thing you will leave with is confidence to bake your own bread.
You will be able to produce a Focaccia bread, white rolls, Irish soda bread and Indian naan bread.
