Student Voice – Your comments, compliments and complaints

At Aspire Sussex we value all our students and believe that everyone should be treated fairly and equally. We welcome all feedback and recognise the importance of listening to our students on any issues related to Adult Education and their learning experience. This information helps shape what we do, how we do it and allows us to make improvements for the future.

We will pass on compliments and share best practice, and will consider your suggestions carefully to see whether we can implement them.

We take all criticisms and complaints seriously. We deal with issues raised fairly, quickly, sympathetically and in accordance with our complaints policy which is published below. Any issues raised will be dealt with in complete confidence.

You can register your comments, compliments or complaints by:

•Speaking to your tutor or any member of staff.
•Using the “Tell us what you think” post boxes in venues.
•Coming along to one of our student forum meetings
•Emailing enquiries@aspiresussex.org.uk

If you are not satisfied with the response you have received to your complaint, if things have gone really wrong or you feel you have been treated unfairly you can write to:
