What is the course about?
This course will help you to learn how to make a range of tasty dishes from around the Mediterranean, exploring the cuisines of Spain, Italy, Greece, Morocco, and Lebanon. Week by week, we will cover a range of different recipes to extend your skill base and repertoire. Here are examples of dishes planned, however changes can be made to suit your needs: Moroccan vegetable couscous, Turkish Borek, Greek Dolmades, Spanish omelette, seafood linguini, Wild mushroom risotto.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
It is aimed at people with some basic cooking knowledge who wish to refresh their skills and acquire some new ones whilst learning lots of new recipes from different cuisines around the Mediterranean.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to purchase your ingredients each week. Recipe sheets will be provided for each session.
