Booking a course with us is simple, whether it’s by telephone, online or in person. All our courses are available for adults aged 19 and over only. For any additional queries you have please visit the FAQ section, using the tab above.
Call 0345 601 0161 or contact your local centre, quoting the course code with your details and pay by credit or debit card. The 0345 601 0161 number is available Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 8:00pm and Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm term time only, (Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm out of term time).
Find the right course for you and enrol today online. To book online select the course you would like to attend and ‘log in’ to enrol if you are an existing student or register online if you are a new student. Once logged in follow the enrolment and payment instructions to enrol on your course. Once this is completed your place is booked and you will receive email confirmation.

The costs quoted in the brochures cover tuition fees, exam entry fees and some additional costs. You will need to provide any equipment or books needed to undertake your studies or pay for any visits that are arranged as part of your course.
We understand that for many people, the cost of the course can be a barrier to getting back in to education, whether it is to gain a qualification or skill needed to get back in to work or for your own personal development. However, you may qualify to receive a concession or financial support to help with tuition fees, childcare and travel costs. In some cases, you will be eligible to free tuition.
Some of our courses attract a Government subsidy, these are clearly identified in our brochure. Aspire Sussex reserves the right to increase fees in the future in line with the government’s funding authorities’ guidance.

The fee in our brochure and website shows the overall fee for a course; this includes tuition fees, exam entry fees and any additional costs. Learners will be expected to provide books or materials where appropriate.
However, if you are eligible for a concession, you will receive a discount on your tuition fee. Any additional fees will be clearly displayed on the Course Information page of any given course.

Our courses are generally open to everyone, regardless of their experience or expertise, provided the learner is aged nineteen years or over on the start date of the course.
Some of our courses will require an assessment before enrolment. This is not something to be daunted by; it is more a check that the course is a suitable level for you and an opportunity for you to meet the tutors before the course begins. You will be advised if this applies to your course.
We reserve the right to refuse an enrolment for any reason.

We hold courses in hundreds of venues across West Sussex, such as schools, village halls, community centres and sports clubs, as well as our own centres.
To visit your local centre, please visit our Contact page to find your nearest one. We would recommend checking the opening times before setting out, as times may vary between during term time and non-term time.
As many enrolments are made by phone, post or online, our refund policy meets the requirements of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Students have the right to cancel their enrolment within fourteen working days of receiving confirmation, in which case a full refund will be made. If the course starts within that fourteen day period, the right to cancel applies up to the day the course starts. Refunds can also be issued outside the fourteen day period if a written request is received more than four weeks before the start of the course. An administrative charge of £12.50 will be deducted from the refund. After that time, only requests for refunds as a result of your ill health will be considered. This must be supported by a certificate from your doctor and an administrative charge of £12.50 will be deducted from the refund.
These refunds will be calculated from the date your request is received by the Finance Team.
