What is the course about?
Pilates fusion program takes the stretching of Yoga and combines it with the intense and effective core workout of Pilates. During the course you will move through classical Pilates, yoga and physical therapy based exercises designed to help you to improve your wellbeing.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
These course is for students who have some experience of Pilates and yoga, however anyone interested in becoming stronger, longer, leaner and more flexible for life will benefit from this intelligent training system.
What do I need to bring with me?
For this course you will need; appropriate clothing for exercise, a non-slip mat, a flat cushion or blanket to sit on, a towel and a bottle of water. We recommend that you should always seek the advice of a GP before taking up physical activity or vigorous exercise. Should you feel it necessary to share relevant details of your medical history with your tutor, please ask them for a health check form and complete it as soon as possible. This form will not be copied, or the information on it, be transferred to any other document and will be shredded at the end of the course.
