This course will cover a wide range of postures to increase flexibility, strength and overall body awareness. The warm up that is included in every session will enable you to mobilise your joints, working through a combine programme of yoga. Special breathing techniques will also be taught to focus on improving the breathing, while the mind Yoga philosophy will be an integral part of each class.
In the instance of a Government imposed lockdown, this course will pause until it is able to begin again. No refunds will be made due to a Government imposed lockdown.
Face masks must be worn. Please bring your own refreshments, as these won't be provided.
