Making art can help contribute to positive mental health and relaxation. Various themes and ideas will be explored through group and personal projects; journals and mood boards; and sharing experiences through the community setting; the course is also about exploring a small range of wet and dry media - looking, testing and developing material techniques and methods, to increase your artistic skills and knowledge.
