What is the course about?
The course aims to increase the power and fluency of your writing and to sustain a long writing project. It aims to enable you to become a good critic of your own work and that of others as well as to read with increased understanding.
Classes will take place on the following dates:
2/10, 9/10, 16/10, 23/10, 30/10, 6/11, 20/11, 18/12, 8/1, 15/1, 22/1, 29/1, 5/2, 12/2, 26/2, 4/3, 11/3, 18/3, 25/3, 1/4
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This course is designed to improve and sustain your language skills keeping your mind active and alert. This is an established course which is open to all aspiring writers, from absolute beginners to experienced fiction-writers. Basic English literacy will be expected, but learners developing their skills are welcome
What do I need to bring with me?
Pen and paper. At the first session your tutor will discuss with you the purchase of a suitable dictionary and textbook
