What is the course about?

Work is a big part of most people’s lives, but with work-related stress on the increase, what can we do to ensure time spent at work impacts positively, rather than negatively, on our happiness and wellbeing? This course will provide tools and strategies to build your resilience and reduce the impact of work challenges, explore some simple, practical, and scientifically proven ways to increase your wellbeing.
With the emphasis on the easy and achievable, the course will help you identify specific actions you can take to make a positive and lasting difference to your wellbeing at work and at home.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
The course is for anyone interested in improving their own, and others’, wellbeing in the workplace. No experience or prior knowledge is needed.
What do I need to bring with me?
A pen and some paper for notetaking and activities.
