What is the course about?
In the instance of a Government imposed lockdown, this course will pause until it is able to begin again. No refunds will be made due to a Government imposed lockdown.
The aim of the course is to introduce you to the language and develop your communication skills in basic, practical situations. The emphasis will be on speaking and listening and you will learn key phrases and vocabulary in Greek that are essential for day-to-day survival in Greece. Topics could include: introducing yourself and other people, giving personal information, ordering food and drink, shopping and asking for/giving directions.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This course is for complete beginners who would like to take their first steps in learning Greek and intend to use the language on holiday or for work. If you are unsure of your level, please contact us to speak to the tutor for further assistance. Diagnostic self-assessment sheets are available from the centres and on our website above.
What do I need to bring with me?
Pen and paper. Other learning materials will be supplied.
