What is the course about?
Microsoft Outlook is widely used in the world of work. It offers much more than just email services.
Students will learn how to work with different tabs and how to add attachments, pictures and hyperlinks to a message. They will also learn how to add new contacts and how to use distribution lists, how to use the calendar to create appointments, reminders and categories and invite work colleagues to meetings.
In addition to that, students will create email folders to organise their Inbox, create rules to apply to incoming emails, create an Email signature and set up an Out of Office reply
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
You should have good Microsoft Word skills.
What do I need to bring with me?
Pen, paper and a folder to store handouts.
