What is the course about?
The aim of the course is to inspire, assist and encourage all writers of fiction and non-fiction to enjoy other writers, have confidence and learn how to write good stories.
This is an opportunity for writers to revive and refresh their creativity. You will be able to study many elements of creative writing, such as: characters, dialogue, plot, genre and finding your voice.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This is the follow-on of a pre-established class that welcomes new learners. This course is designed for learners of all abilities. This is a new course which is open to all aspiring writers, from absolute beginners to experienced fiction-writers. Basic English literacy will be expected, but learners developing their skills are welcome.
What do I need to bring with me?
A pen and some paper. At the first session your tutor will discuss with you and recommend the purchase of a suitable dictionary and textbook.
