What is the course about?
In the instance of a Government imposed lockdown, this course will pause until it is able to begin again. No refunds will be made due to a Government imposed lockdown.
This is a beginner’s course and will enable you to explore the fabulous world of home baking! We will be exploring simple baking techniques and you will learn how to produce a series of baked goods which can easily be produced at home. You will also learn how to adapt and change different recipes, and also how to make them healthier. On this course you will learn how to make some biscuits, truffles and brownies – suitable for Easter.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This course is suitable for beginners, but any previous baking experience would be useful. No qualifications necessary.
What do I need to bring with me?
An apron, a tea towel, a dish cloth, a bottle of water (optional), greaseproof baking paper, and a suitable container for your baked goods. A list of ingredients will be sent prior to the workshop starting.
Are there any additional costs?
Ingredients will be provided on the first session, thereafter you will need to purchase and bring along the ingredients for the following sessions. Recipe sheets will be provided for each session.
