What is the course about?
Social care is about providing physical, emotional, and social support to help people live their lives. Social care provides a whole range of services to support adults and older people. If you work in social care, you could help people in their own homes, in residential homes or in several other places such as day centres or supported housing.
This course is designed for those who want to improve their English skills with a view to working in the Care Industry in the UK. Our course requires your level of English to be a minimum of Entry 3. The course integrates speaking, listening, reading, or writing skills and is designed to help prepare you for working in the care sector.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
It is aimed at Entry 3 students who wish to have a career in the care industry
You will have an initial assessment before the course to ensure your level of English is sufficient
