What is the course about?
The aim of the course is to inspire, assist and encourage all writers of fiction and non-fiction to enjoy other writers, have confidence and learn how to write good stories.
This workshop will focus on how to write beginnings and endings, creating characters, creating settings, realistic dialogue, different viewpoints etc. Also tips and tricks to make your writing more polished!
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
There are no academic requirements. This course focuses far more on creativity than academia. (You won’t be judged or marked!) However, the course is perhaps not best suited for anyone who has not had an introduction to the basics of creative writing.
What do I need to bring with me?
Pen and paper.
