What is the course about?
This course will help you to learn how to make a range of tasty dishes from across France.
Here are examples of dishes planned, Salmon en croute , Ratatouille , Rosemary Potato Boulangere.
We will also feature some Hearty Casseroles and Fresh authentic French salads including a range of fresh vegetables and pulses.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
None or some prior experience.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need all the basic kitchen equipment , a knife you are comfortable using , a chopping board , pots , pans , a sieve , spoons etc.
Equipment lists along with ingredients needed for the coming session will be supplied prior to the course starting and before each additional session.
