Drawing on the latest research, this course will give you a better understanding of what really makes us happy and explores some simple, practical and scientifically-proven ways to increase your happiness and wellbeing. With the emphasis on easy and achievable, the course will help you identify specific actions you can take to make a positive and lasting difference to your wellbeing.

The course is for anyone interested in boosting their wellbeing. No experience or prior knowledge is needed.
What do I need to bring with me?
A pen and some paper for note-taking and activities. Please also bring your own packed lunch and refreshments.
