What is the course about?

In the instance of a Government imposed lockdown, this course will pause until it is able to begin again. No refunds will be made due to a Government imposed lockdown.
Making art can help contribute to positive mental health and relaxation. Various themes and ideas will be explored through group and personal projects; journals and mood boards; and sharing experiences through the community setting; the course is also about exploring a small range of wet and dry media - looking, testing and developing material techniques and methods, to increase your artistic skills and knowledge.

What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?

This course is open to anyone with an interest in learning/revisiting/exploring art, whilst wishing to relax in a socially sharing creative setting.

What do I need to bring with me?

A4 sketchbook
Range of pencils
A range of any water-based paints
A few brushes

Are there any additional costs?

Over time, the small addition of tools and materials will be required i.e. scissors, ruler, glue, etc.
