This course is a Learning for Life and will provide you with the opportunity to learn skills such as:
Use an Android system (phone or mobile) with confidence
Recognise the four basic soft buttons (Back, Home, Overview, All Apps)
Use gestures (Tap, Pinch, Drag, Swipe and Tap and Hold)
Open and close Apps
Access and use the Settings Menu (Storage, Passcode, increase Font Size, Backups)
Connect to a Wi-Fi Network (in Settings)
Create a screenshot and why this is useful (error and notification messages)
Use skills learned on the course with competence and confidence
Feel confident to enrol on another course

Their Android device must be fully charged. It is also useful if students bring the manual for their device along to class. Also any usernames, passwords and passcodes setup on the device.
